Out of all the foods that make me bliss out, tandoori anything is my top, eye-flutter and roll, drool, smile, happy food. We usually have riced cauliflower tandoori style and tandoori chicken. I think it's the cardamom that makes me so blissfully giddy. 💨💧🔥
The spices are warming and vata and kapha pacifying while boosting pitta. Pitta is fire and this will help stimulate digestion, so it goes perfectly with my last post about a sluggish damp spleen. I love integrating TCM and Ayurveda with western medicine. Eastern medicine definitely has my heart. 🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂
