In these last years I have been enduring a lot of pain, not always alone of course, I had the blessings of many friends and family and I'm grateful for that, but I can't help but see a lot of indiference in our society, many individuals will deny it, but I can't stop seeing it and it causes more pain than solutions. I know you have to get away from negativity when things are not going good for you, but it seems like indiference and false appearances are hidden practices among us and it damages our individuals and we forget about the ones next to us who are having a bad time. Many of us will lend a hand, but until when? We can't always reject negativity, it's a part of being human, we have to accept that is there and once we know, we improve, and when someone around us is suffering, we soak in their sorrow and negativity and we help them overcome any bad thing in their life! I had to share it, many of us deny it, and I'm starting to get quite intolerant to indiferent people, people with masks who sells their well being and shove their "success" in our faces (social media helps on that, but I'll talk about that another time). Indiference might worsen the mental health of people around us who need us, we might not notice, but more and more people seem to scream for help and we don't want to listen. Reach out to your friends and family or people who are having bad thoughts or bad times and inspire them to strive towards their goals and happiness. Don't get "tired" of them, be patient, you can get so much in return. There are more depressed people nowadays, we move too fast and care very little about other people's feelings...talk about them, don't be afraid to share it, trust your friends and if they neglect you, you know what to do. Keep learning and going!
