My tips for having a "successful" Monday? Dont pressure yourself to do it ALL! Be honest & real when setting ur tasks! Simply break down goals/lists into tiny pieces & commit to smaller tasks AND DO THEM! This will leave you feeling less overwhelmed & so much more accomplished at the end of the day! *
Mondays dont mean to be evil, Mondays want you to STOP feeling guilty about what you think you should change - they provide you a fresh start to make changes BIG or small!
