Carmen Ordoñez of @vivafashion is a leading on-air style expert, TV Host for ION Television and founder behind @andyoorganics. Launched in 2008, Viva Fashion features the latest in fashion, travel and lifestyle. She's been featured in numerous media outlets including The New York Times, The Today Show, CNN, Univision and People Magazine to name a few. In addition, she also launched her own organic deodorant line this year called AndyO Organics. Her mission is to create awareness on the importance of clean beauty products and living an overall purposeful life. AndyO Organics was started after her late husband was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer in 2014, she set out to learn everything she could about changing her lifestyle and removing daily toxins from her life. During her journey, which included swapping many of her personal care items after learning of the harsh chemicals they included, she realized that the natural deodorants on the market just weren't cutting it. She decided to make her own using certified organic and all natural ingredients and that's where AndyO Organics was born---a natural deodorant that actually works! Every deodorant is handcrafted and made with organic coconut oil, organic shea butter, organic arrowroot powder, baking soda, organic tea tree oil and organic lavender oil. Made with simple, yet effective ingredients to naturally combat odor causing bacteria and absorb wetness. Today, their goal is to empower consumers and spread the message of clean and effective beauty products. Because our bodies deserve the best! 5% of proceeds of each sale goes towards cancer research.
