Call me capricious 💁🏼 .
Just waved goodbye to a future in nutrition and waved in a hell'a lot more brain stuff ✨ Hate to get all emosh on you but for ME (emphasis on me) this is a pretty big thing to generally and utterly find something that I'm more passionate about than nutrition and food. I've been stuck in a pretty -100 cycle of valuing my life, making decisions all because I'm scared of food and what it might do to me. Sounds crazy to some but it's real AF for others. This is NOT to say people can't study nutrition in a healthy way if they've had a troubled relationship with food and their body image. For many studying nutrition can be healing and help to identify all the utter bull shit society metaphorically feeds us. But for me I'm finding learning about the brain and how to read it to be the most healing thing at the moment. #takinglifeasitcomes
