My #tbt ...last year we hiked Fay Canyon in Sedona, AZ. It was the perfect little hike for our family. Our oldest only 3 years old, she made it most of the way...I carried her the last 1/2 mile back. 🌄
Great place to hike with kids.

Night time yoga has kinda become my new thing🤷🏼‍♀️ I have really been having to listen to my body lately which is super hard for me because I hate missing a workout or practice, but I am digging this yoga before bed thing. I feel like it helps to relax my mind and body and allow me to sleep a little bit better since I’ve been having such a tough time with that.

My workout is the only thing keeping me balanced out this week. Adulting is stressful. Lawyering is even more stressful. Thirty minutes of just me time is EVERYTHING right now. Take care of yourself friends 💙.

This week makes 4 weeks into being back on weights, & the last wk in strength phase, so I figured I'd post some back footage. I've been focusing on form & tempo the past 4 weeks, & my strength has increased dramatically. Forgive the slight shoulder shrug on the DB Row-fatigue was setting in. Anyhow, next week will be active rest week but my focus will be on mobility & flexibility; particularly in the shoulders & hips. The next phase will be 4 weeks of muscle endurance with some attention to power production & fast-twitch muscles.
With all this said, getting back into movement has been a breath of fresh air for me; moreso because of all the cool new things I'm learning from new friends & people like @isomzone @pepper.fitnessandstuff & even some of the pros online (I check credentials!)
