This was the first time for me to do #pushpress , so I didn’t know my #onerepmax so we assumed it was 35kgs. It was #fun , #trainingwithgirls :) After that, we all stayed for #opengym and we all worked on #skillworkout . I worked on #clean and #strictpullups . I didn’t know that I could do strict pull-ups so I was a bit surprised with progress.
