Happy Friday people!! When you don't have too much time to workout and want to squeeze in a short 15 or 20 min workout but burn good amount of calories .. here is a high intensity workout which requires only a dumbell and if u want you can just do it with body weight as well. Each of these moves are done with a little twist than the usual ones, just to change up the routine and to make it more interesting .. so watch them carefully. I did it in tabata style which is 20 sec work and 10 sec rest - for 8 rounds.

One more ! Always in tabata mode. 1h30 of singlespeed bike and a good session of circuit training with kettlebell, traction, push-up, abs. I felt the benefits yesterday in bike during the ascents. Work is gradually taking shape. I love this feeling.

Alternate between the two exercises for the duration of the 4️⃣ minute round, following the same 20 seconds of work: 10 seconds of rest ratio.
