7 weeks of working out 5-6 days a week for 25 minutes. I feel my body becoming stronger but I don’t always see the changes.

These last few weeks the non-scale victories have been huge. 🎉🎉When I first started T25 I could hardly finish the workouts!! The program incorporated more cardio into my routine than I’d ever attempted before.😱 There was/is SO much jumping! Jump squats, switch kicks, high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, etc. Now the cardio doesn’t get to me like it did before. I focus on getting my knees up higher, upping the pace, kicking higher, and doing the exercises full out. I’ve built the foundation needed to really challenge and push myself through these movements! 👊🏻💪🏻

The scale victories have been another story. My goal is consistency and strength, but sometimes I question if my body is changing because the scale doesn’t move much. I lost 5 lbs pretty quickly but the number hasn’t changed in the last three weeks. This is why progress pictures are SO important! They capture what the scale doesn’t! 🙌

This before and after picture isn’t astounding, but it’s REAL!👊🏻 For me, this is 7 weeks of consistent exercise, eating healthy, enjoying the occasional treat, and taking 1-2 rest days a week. This is a routine I can maintain.✌🏼✌🏼

So I finished my second round of T25 today. I could have done much better with my nutrition. That’s something I’m still working on but I think my results are still pretty good. I lost about 15 lbs. not sure about inches cause I didn’t track that. Excited to start my new program tomorrow. •

Well, I started 80 day obsession 2 weeks ago and I decided I wasn't a huge fan of it. I like the workouts but an hour was just too long with my personal schedule. The awesome thing about beachbody is that well, you can just jump into another program. I've started t-25 along with doing abs from 21 day fix! Im excited to see my results in 30 days! It’s crazy for me to even post this since I’ve never been brave enough to show my before and afters but this has been my transformation this year. The first 2 slides are from December 31st where I know some would say that I looked fine but I reached my breaking point when I couldn’t fit in my jeans anymore. I panicked and didn’t feel good. I had previously done T25 in 2015 and lost 10lbs! (I never told before and afters for that round sadly 😩) but I unfortunately fell off track so these are from my second round, with my focus being on the Gamma workouts.
Diet wise, I didn’t completely cut out everything which may be why I don’t have a HUGE difference within the photos, but I did limit the amount of the foods that I take in. I stopped eating cereal for breakfast, and actually started intermittent fasting (which helps me feel GREAT btw!) and I started eating more protein and salads. I still treat myself tho! Coz I LOVE food lol the last slide was from July and I’m happy to say that the jeans that didn’t fit in the beginning of this year, fit again now! 😋 I’ll post more soon to start LIIFT4! Left: 199.lbs. Right 210lbs. It’s a process. I almost didn’t post this. But I wanted to celebrate my progress, but also motivate myself for the next progression. Just finished The Gamma Round of T25. First time I’ve actually finished a workout routine. Of course I treated myself several times, and had some weekends where gigs and eating healthy didn’t really go together, but all in all I’m happy with the progress.
