Ok I want to share some progress pictures so far now I am half way through the t25 Challenge.
Before I found this amazing programme I was struggling on a daily basis with endometriosis! Often looking pregnant, struggling with fatigue and motivation! I also work full time and I’m a single mum so going to the gym is not an option for me. Now I have an amazing programme to workout from home with a huge supportive team which keeps me motivated, especially seeing other people reaching there goals too!
My goals have always been to be stronger, fitter, healthier and to have more energy, less fatigue and bloating!
At the end of these 5 weeks the results have been amazing, I have achieved all of the above, toned up,and lost some weight ( not important to me-just a number).
For the first time ever, I feel confident wearing a bikini! I’ve had a baby and gone through major health problems...but that has made me stronger....and I love that...it’s all about mindset...progress not perfection!
You want something... you have to work for it and do whatever it takes! Every single day! Fitness is a lifestyle not an occasional activity! Make it a regular part of your life! Make healthy choices and you will achieve results! But always always do it for you! No body else 💪💪💪💕

Not a big transformation visually but physically I am stronger, I can do one-handed burpees and complete crazy hard cardiovascular routines. I would definitely recommend #t25 if you are wanting quick cardio that produces real results without a complicated eating plan!! PS: even though visually there’s not too much change, on paper it’s 10 inches and 6 pounds!

It’s measurement time!!! What an end to a journey 😁 From start to finish I lost 16 inches all over and 13 lbs! I didn’t lose much in beta, 4 inches and my weight bounced between the same 3 pounds but after getting off the birth control from hell my body is trying to sort itself out so I’m not too upset about it. Super proud of myself for completing this program, just stretching tomorrow and I’m 💯 done with T25 😍

- [ ] I have spent the last four years publicly sharing my fitness journey on both IG and FB. If you’ve followed me for a while now, you’ve seen me lose weight on my own, you’ve seen me help other women do the same, you’ve followed me during the filming of an infomercial, to then becoming a part-time fitness instructor (paused at the moment), and here I am today 🤗. Life has a way of throwing challenges in your relationships, your career, and your health....all of which I accept and have contributed to where I find myself today. Prior to writing this, I was under the impression that because of where I am today, I am back at the midpoint of my journey, back to my pre-T25 2014 body....but in thinking that, I’d be discounting everything that I’ve accomplished since then. I may very well find myself back in those *stats*, but it’s 2018, which is not chapter 1 in my book. If this at all resonates with you, I encourage you to turn the page, pick up the pen and start changing the course of your own journey. It’s ok to have setbacks...accept it, embrace it, and look forward to the next chapter.

83 pounds...... Through pressing play every day and working out, a simple shake, a nutrition plan and a community to hold her accountable. This is Amanda....she has lost 83 pounds in 2 years.
She is a Mummy, busy like everyone is, and just decided one day that enough was enough. Change had to happen.
Amanda kept it simple.
She got a plan and a tribe.
And by using ALL the pieces, she is creating success every day.
Amanda didn't put energy towards fighting the stuff she knew she needed to do.
There was no “Oh, I can't work out at home." or “I don't do shakes.". Nope.

83 pounds later she is rocking a badass fedora at an event, standing on stage being recognised for her hard work, and knowing that she can help others do the same. {{Amanda also did her first live workout at this event...because when you lose 83 pounds, you aren’t scared of ANYthing!!}} Whether it's 8 pounds or 83 pounds, the pieces of the puzzle matter. ALL the pieces matter.
Keep it simple. Follow the plan. Get a tribe. Trust the process. It works...as long as you do the work.
Because YOU matter.

No where need perfect but accepting my body , size, curves today. Just finished my work out and was scrambling for a place to do it! I finally decided to do it outside bc my house is under construction and Reggeton music is blasting through out!
(Which I love btw)

So I headed outside and just got things done. While i think biohacking your system with PTK is huge, we still do need to move. So when PTK, IF and T25 comes together- you know you did good!

Pretty impressed with my results so far...I did a month of Pilates to ease back into working out. These last 5 weeks have been intense of 25 minutes a day. I’m down 2 inches all around...not down in too much weight but I’m going to assume it’s still water weight and the fact I’m nursing my baby daily!! Keep my eye on the prize.....summer body coming at ya

TWO WEEKS! I’ve been using the new #2bmindset for two weeks and this is how my body is responding. .

You all see my story so you know I exercise (almost) every day. But guess what? Exercise is OPTIONAL in this program. If you exercise, you get extra credit. And who doesn’t love that. It just means you’re going to achieve your goals more quickly! .
