Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup!
Great on pancakes or *ahem* in cocktails 😉. Recipe below:
3 cups Rhubarb, chopped
2 cups Strawberries
1 cup Sugar
Place rhubarb and strawberries in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium – simmer for 20 minutes. Strain fruit and return remaining liquid to the pan. Add 1 cup of sugar and bring to boil. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
