What a yummy breakfast for a Sunday morning... waffles made with 45g of Oatbran for my HEXB, coconut muller light and 1 egg. Then served with another yogurt, a nectarine, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, a few cherries and a banana topped with 1.5 tsp of coconut Choc shot and a drizzle of zero syrup maple flavour. Nothing better than waffles in the morning. Made using 20g of porridge oats & 20g Grape Nuts, quark, 2 eggs. Nutmeg and cinnamon to spice it and vanilla extract. Served with a cubed pink lady apple & quark mixed with cinnamon and a tblspn of Jordans salted caramel skinny syrup.
