Back on plan today. Breakfast was baked oats 40g as HEB, half a muller light donut flavour, low cal hot choc (1syn) little bit of sweetener and then raspberries (I don't syn fruit) added the remaining bit of my yoghurt to the top
God knows how much this was, but it was legit the only option I could get which wasn't 1000 syns at M&S cafe, although I was very tempted to get a toastie or a panini 😔. I'm just going to call it 10 syns and move on 😂
Loved every mouthful of this 💚... the #veggies just got roasted up with some spices & herbs 🌿 just quickly cooked the meat & scattered fresh basil over it. Truly lush. 💚💛🧡 Lots of #speedfood again & making them a priority in my #foodoptimising meals.
