#throwbackthursday 🙍🏻🙍🏼I wish wish wishhhhh I had some proper photos of me at my biggest but this is the closest I have - the photo on the left I was 5 stone 7 lbs heavier than I am now. I went on to gain another 1 stone 7lbs after that photo before I made the life changing decision to join @slimmingworld and never looked back 🙂 With 7 stone lost and just 9 lbs left until I hit target, I never EVER would have believed that I would get to single digits from reaching my target weight! If you do anything for yourself, join Slimming World 👏🏼 I will forevaaaa preach about it like one of those annoying people because it's the best decision I ever made 🙌🏼
Well, my original plan whilst being away was to@not drink, however this has not happened! However instead of the best part of a bottle of wine plus some, I have stayed in control, made sensible choices counted my syns and stayed in control! Double carbs tonight... @nandosuk with @andy_ellery and some colleagues before an event this evening. 3rd one this week.... I need to find a #nandos anonymous group @kaypflint88 !!! Measured out my sauce = 1 syn. Cooking of the Chicken = 2 syns. Rice = 2 syns.
Wow- shoulders! Definitely making a difference this #exercise business. Worth every ounce of effort, but I digress. I just get carried away when I see a #selfie like this one and see with my own eyes the slimmer, stronger and more confident me I’m working hard to become. As always I’m popping on a post to let the world know I’ve had a fab #foodoptimising day, and despite all the fun I’ve had my #weightloss is completely safe. Can’t wait for tomorrow to do it all over again. Night for now 😴
Stifried beef with veggies tonight. Threw in some stir fry mixed veg, peppers, chesnut mushrooms, courgette, onions etc! Mixed with hoi sin and garlic sauce. No noodles as trying to cut the carbs again today. Was really yummy ☺️
