END OF WEEK 3!! *see my last post for my #weighinday results!*
Breakfast day was Heinz Spaghetti Hoops, scrambled egg (with a splash of soya milk), grilled plum tomatoes and spinach, wilted with my homemade blend of mixed spices - it added a warm kick to the flavour!
Before lunch I went shopping around town, and realised I was #STARVING so I popped to @asda and grabbed this fruit & cheese pack (HeA and Speed!!) and a Fanta Light...I wish I’d gotten water though, because it was so fizzy it made me feel a bit sick!
I then had a Skinny Flat White from @costacoffee which was the perfect pick-me-up!
Home for lunch, which was at 3pm at this point, but I stayed strong and made a quick salad with babyleaf leaves, red onion, tomato, cucumber, beetroot and a boiled egg, sprinkled with paprika. Plus a corn on the cob, which is my current favourite! 🌽
I always wait until AFTER group before I eat tea, as it starts at 7:30pm but the wait was worth it! I’ve been craving @quorn_uk ‘chicken nuggets’ all week but I was waiting until I’d had a Syn-free day before I had them for tea, and today was the day! I also had peas and sweet potato fries (topped with @morrisons own BBQ seasoning which is SO GOOD!! I had Light Mayo mixed with Peri-peri sauce (1 syn each) which is the best sauce ever! Plus some ketchup for 1 syn too.
Ending today on 6 syns and feeling GREAT!!
