SBD session today, thought I'd take a video of all three lifts for no good reason whatsoever
Sq: 3x9x127.5kg (3rd shown). Really enjoying squatting at the moment, even though I squat three times a week I don't feel too fatigued for them and there's no pain from all the volume, even two weeks in I feel stronger with a much higher work capacity
Bench: 3x9x82.5 (1st shown). Hate benching at the minute, feels like trash, still get lat cramps, as well as minor shoulder pain during the bench, but it doesn't last much long after benching. And benching still sends very small discomforts to my lower back which is distressing, to top it all off had some pillock try and ask @osmail74 how. Many sets of got left... MID set 😡
DL: 3x7x145kg (3rd shown). Again, really enjoying deadlift, getting some nice leverages, even with a very narrow stance, feeling nice and strong, hopefully my deadlift will increase over the coming weeks because it has been pretty much stagnant for over a year now.
