Fudged up the second rep but today I was tired of being stuck at 205. Decided to push for 255 and managed 1 clean one from lift off. Clearly that attempt for a 3rd rep was a fail but I got 2 so I'll take it lol. But this sums up my view of life - if you're tired of where you're at, do something about it and push yourself to break free. And like everything else in life, it will take time, patience, and hard work.

2 chainz making a debut (I made a funny lol) on #internationalchestday this is also first time playing with the chains on the bench so I kept it at a moderate intensity. Putting up 135 was a lot harder with the chains than without. Thanks to @aggressivetopher, I now know what the chains are used for and may be using these more often to perfect my technique to optimize my movements. And I thought I'd change up the footing for the high cable flies - a lot tougher when I don't have one foot in front to stabilize but definitely feels more punishing on my chest! Form is booty but I'll fix it over time.

Hit 230 for 8 yesterday on #benchpress as I approach my first #deloadweek. I am beyond thrilled with this number as I was just repping 225 for 5 less than two months ago. I'm excited to see what my #1rm looks Like after this first cycle.

Nothing like killing your legs day after back day lol pushing myself a bit with 225 box squats after having done 6 sets prior but hey, no pain no gains. Struggled to put it up but I tried my best to not sacrifice form.
