Good morning my amazing fit warriorz!! It’s time to Rise and Grind baby!!! EXCUSES.....yep we all know what they are and we are all guilty of making them. It’s easy to do. However they don’t help us at all. And until we control the mind and not allow us to make them we will get nowhere in our pursuit of greatness. That’s where self-discipline comes into play. Having self-discipline is the most important key to being successful in life. Guess what?! It’s not something you’re born with. It’s learned and self taught sometimes. Holding ourselves accountable for our actions and what we want now vs what we want long term!! It took me along time to completely learn it myself. Now it’s automatic, I know what I want and what I don’t want and I know what things help me get to where I wanna be and the things that don’t. That’s where being disciplined and keeping yourself on track is the key to being successful and not making excuses for why you’re not where you wanna be or not who you wanna be in life. IT’S ALL UP TO US!!! We control this!! It’s all you!! So let’s take a hold of our lives and run shit!! Don’t allow others or circumstances to run you!! It’s your world!! Take it back and stop making excuses and grab some self-discipline and handle it!!! Let’s do this!!!

Good morning my amazing fit warriorz!! It’s time to Rise and Grind baby!! It’s a new day!! And with every new day comes the opportunity to look at it with a new perspective!! That will make or break your day. Truly, your perspective has everything to do with how your day will go. A positive perspective can change everything, but so can a negative perspective.

More importantly and I know we haven’t talked a lot about this and I still remember the day that I did this. But only when you accept who you are and be ok with who you are and where you wanna be. Only then can you truly change your life. And it’s hard to do sometimes. But if you’re not happy or you don’t accept who you are, then change won’t stick. Because you have no base line to start from. Because you’re constantly in denial. So no matter what’s happened in your life or where you are; just accept it and know that you are a great person that deserves the best that life has to offer. Once you’ve done that you’ll surprise yourself at the limitless potential you have at changing your entire world and yourself!! It’s a beautiful thing, I am proof that at anytime once I accepted who I was and where I wanted to be, doors started opening and well, I’m still going and beautiful things have happened and continue to happen. I started playing soccer when I was 6 years old.
I used to be the second option but the fact I wasn’t the first option was burning me.
I loved the sport and I knew I was worth more than being that “second” option.
It took me a lot of time to realise that if want to be the first option I have to work more than anyone else.
That’s why at summer when everyone was taking days off to rest, I’d go at the soccer ground and focus on my weaknesses. When I broke my wrist, was sick, wasn’t motivated etc , I still went and trained by myself but I knew it was going to pay off one day. The extra 10% percent seperates average from the best.
Whenever you leave something, it leaves you too!
Moral of the story, after sometime, I stopped being that “second” option. I took my chance, I proved everyone what I’m worth and didn’t let anyone take it away from me.

The same thing applies in real life too! Do you want to be like everyone else or put a little more effort, plan, set goals and go after them in order to be different and live a happier life, your life! Not the one others set out for you?!

Everything comes within yourself! As long as you believe in yourself, nothing else matters! No one will ever take away from a hungry, motivated and determined individual what he wants.
The change from soccer to bodybuilding didn’t affect me at all. Moved on to something different but my hunger and work ethic is still the same.
At the end of the day, it depends if you accept to be average or you want to be the better and always chosen one!
Be patient, work hard and you can achieve anything!💯

Seriously though! How many of you feel like if you have a donut, ice cream or a burger you’ll gain fat?!
Well, I’m here to tell you that you’re wrong!
When people see me posting stories/photos of some “unhealthy” foods I eat, they don’t realise that I stick to my diet prior to having that “unhealthy” meal and therefore I reward myself for being such a legend😂.🍔🍕🥞🍩🍪🍫🍦
It’s very important to keep yourself motivated whether you want to lose weight / maintain or build muscle.

This is my way of keeping myself motivated to stick to my diet. Every week I have a cheat meal / day(depends on how I feel)!
Being flexible with your diet and what you eat in general is really crucial especially if you want to stick to it long term.
For all of you who are trying to lose body fat / weight / tone. Don’t worry, this post is about you too!
When I was prepping for my competition I’d have a cheat meal every week and still lose weight!

What you should keep from this is :
• Stick to your diet.
• Don’t be too hard on yourself!
• (Start tracking / counting your calories) for better results
• Reward yourself for being a legend and sticking to your diet!
•Enjoy life and the little things that are given to you🤷🏽‍♂️
Eg. The donut that somehow appeared on my hand while somehow holding a protein tub and somehow @alvin_adpd took a photo. Weird but i definitely enjoyed it!😂😂

Good morning my amazing fit warriorz!! It’s time to Rise and Grind baby!! It’s time for another #teamFEARLESStuesday thought of the week!! Fear can be crippling when you’re making your way through life. What makes it worse is that time is not on our side. Time is a use it or lose it commodity.

I know we’ve talked about it before but fear makes us waste time and not use it efficiently. So it’s like a double whammy!!! Don’t let this happen to you. It took me years to just finally say no matter what happens never just stand in one spot because of fear. We have to continue to put one foot in front of the other. Sometimes that’s the only thing we can do. And that’s ok. As long as we are making progress. Even though small, one step is closer to that dream or goal you’re trying to achieve. It’s all about progress. Time stops for no one. So let’s do it NOW!! It’s all about the NOW!! What we do now has everything to do with what will come tomorrow and the next day and the day after that. Make it happen now!! Let’s do this!!! Start today!! There’s no time like the present!!!

I guess what I’m trying to say is there is always going to be people that judge and doubt you, but why waste your time on focusing these people? When you have so many that support you🤔

Look at those who support you, bring you up and see your potential. My brother doesn’t know it but he is one of my biggest motivations to keep pushing myself to become a better person. Sometimes we neglect those who are there on a daily basis, who support us and who want us to be a better person🔥

Social media is sometimes looked upon as being anti- social. To an extent I think this is true but if it wasn’t for social media I wouldn’t of met and connected with the people that are in my life right now 🤷🏻‍♂️
