MONDAY STORY 🌻
With this post I wanted to tell you a bit of my story so you could understand why I decided to create this account.
I was a fatty kid back in the days and i suffered from bullying when I was younger, I was way heavier than I am now, therefore shorter.
With time I decided to pay attention to what I was eating, by myself (at age of 17-18) because my family is originated from Portugal and there, curves are sign of good health. Nobody could really understand my suffering from this excess of weight because In my parents opinion I was "perfect". The rest of my family is pretty much overweight and Dont get my passion for sports!🤷🏼♀️ I've always been feeling like an 👽 in my family I swear! So I started to get information about nutrition and health. Knowing that my family has a diabetic gene I became aware of the risks that someone can endure from bad food choices .
I slowly started to pay attention to my food and to do cardio, loooots of them 🤐 I lost a big amount of weight but as u can see on the picture on the left I still was "fatty". Really happy tho! Don't get me wrong!!! U can see my smile!! I got introduced to weight lifting 🏋 last year in April 2016. My body is more toned I feel amazing, I have so MUCH MORE FREEDOM in my food THEREFORE I EAT MOOREEEEE SO MUCH MORE! Hahah 😂 I love food! I stopped working out for a few months last year because of some personal problems but I restarted this machine we call body, in January 2017 officially and I feel pretty amazing about it.
I'm not strict with myself, i don't plan to compete or whatever! I just want to share my journey, to motivate people that don't feel good in their skin to make some changes, why not to come workout with me 🤷🏼♀️ we can also chat and I will give you my advices in the best way I can!
