Unfortunately didn't have all the stuff in that I needed to make soup with my leftover roast chicken. So it turned into a, slightly bigger than HEXb, roll with chicken and cheese with a tiny scrape of mayo. Counting 6syns for this. Not entirely sure it was worth the syns but it tasted good. ☺ Off to work with my Americano and fruit.
I am 15 days into #myperfectmonth and have managed to stay totally on plan for the whole of July so far! I have been absolutely loving the #littlebookofmenus and every day have enjoyed meals from it including the whole of the "Feelin' hot, hot, hot" section and much of the "posh nosh" chapter. In these images you can see my breakfast, lunch and dinner from these past 15 days.
For the remaining 16 days, I will be finishing up the "posh nosh" chapter as well as making the dinners from the latest #swmagazine 7 day plan menu. What a great month it has been so far! My food has been so varied and exciting. I've discovered so many new favourites and amazingly all my meals have been entirely #synfree allowing me to play around with my syns to satisfy the occasional craving. I'm very excited for the rest of July and know that it is going to see me get the best results I can before I go on my holiday in August.
Today ended on 17 syns because I forgot I had a packet of crisps at lunch! It's all good because I was under 15 the past 2 days. French fries crisps (4) Mini milk x4 (6) -don't judge me, it's hot 😂 Ww wrap (6). Oh I over calculated the crisps, they are 4 not 5 so ended on 16!
