Sunday morning sesh!! After a week off following my first competition race back in the saddle for my longest ride to date... followed up my long ride with a 10min run just to help teach my body to transition from riding to running... preparations continue for the Olympic distance #bcutri#bcucoffstri in 2 weeks... @villagesportscoffsharbour
You know when you wake up feeling oh so tired... but Coach Jen (that's me) has scheduled a run, so it's time to head out... I need to remain disciplined about my training! Thankfully Captain Cheerful got us going, and as always Brisbane was beautiful.
