Swimming with @cariboucooking this morning.
It had been a while since we were last in the water, so to ease us back in we did this simple set:
2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 lengths starting with 10 seconds rest and increasing by 5 seconds each time and then decreasing on the way back down. 🏊♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️
Nick alternated front crawl and breaststroke/backstroke on the longer sets until it was time to rest. 🐠🐠🐠
