And exhilarating! ⚡️ You don’t have to miss out on time with your fam to #mealprep. You can whip something up while the kiddos eat breaky or lunch, then bake or cook while you play or workout! 💁🏻♀️ It can be frustrating to stick to a clean eating plan, focusing on foods that benefit your hot bod, and be at a loss for what to eat 🙇🏻♀️ Instead, go through those cookbooks, or Pinterest boards, blogs; pick a day any day, and git after it! 👩🏽🍳 You’ll LOVE the feeling of opening the fridge to a handful of already prepped meals just Sittin’ there are fancy waitin’ to be chowed 🙌🏻 This ditty right here is the @paleomg Thai Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes 🍠🌶 Instead of stuffing a sweet pot tho, I just put the chicken mix on top of about 1/3 of a potato. The sauce is soooo good y’all 🤤 What’d ya meal prep today?!?!
