Good morning. It’s darn cold outside today and all I could think of was a bowl of hot oats to warm me up. Sweet potato and apple cinnamon oats simmered in water with maple syrup for sweetness and a little almond milk for some added texture. I topped it with more apples, sliced almond, pomegranate seeds and cinnamon. So cozy and delicious. Hope you have a great day!
Good evening. Tonight’s dinner is wild caught scallops pan seared in in a little butter, olive oil, fresh garlic, white wine and lemon juice with half a sweet potato and green beans sautéed in garlic and olive oil. I shared it with a friend and so glad she loved it. Hope you have a great night!
Thought since I’ve been lacking on posts lately, that you guys wouldn’t mind a double post day 😏 This was my first dinner back at home and I missed it so so much ❤️ Even though I meal prep at school, there’s nothing like cooking food and eating it right away at home!! Dinner details: A turkey burger (topped with hummus after the picture 🤤), zucchini seasoned with lemon pepper, and air fried sweet potatoes with cinnamon/coconut oil 🍠 I forgot how much I love my air fryer and I wish i could bring it to school 🤷🏼♀️ hope everyone has a great night!!
