I seriously used to think the only form of cardio that would work for me was running 🏃🏻♀️ Don't get me wrong, I still love ❤️ running! BUT, it does not challenge me in the way that these cardio workouts do. Running for me is a peaceful time to clear my mind...yes I compete with myself to be faster than before, yes there are still runs that suck, and runs that leave me feeling on top of the world! But these cardio workouts challenge me. They're hard. They make me want to quit. They make me sweat in places I didn't know could sweat 😂. But when I'm done and can breathe again I feel great! And all that in 25 minutes from the comfort of my own home!
