All I can say is wow!
I am surprised everyday with how great of a workout I can get done in a short time in the comfort of my own home.
No putting my kids in gym childcare
No trying to find a parking spot at the gym
No being worried about if anyone is watching or what other people are thinking of me while I’m working out
No wanting to use a piece of equipment and it not being available
I just wake up show up press play and kill it!
I love having a personal training in my living room that kicks my booty everyday!

I survived another Saturday of Cardio Flow!!!! By that I mean I actually survived it without dying completely. I did have to pause because the little one woke up but I jumped right back in once I got her situated. I have such a love hate relationship with this workout. I’m like heck yeah we got this look at us go then the next second I’m like omg what are you doing!!!!! Happy Saturday fitfam 😘

So this morning I finished day 26 of my 80 day program!
I am not gonna lie the past few weeks I have struggled with following the eating plan 100%. I could sit here and give all of my excuses and reasons of why but I’m not.
What I am going to do is tell you that I was just able to watch a sneak peek into what the next phase (the next 30 days) has in store for me and I am super excited!
Yes I said the last few weeks were hard but I didn’t say that I had given up and I will not give up! I am recommitting to myself! I will continue to do my workout every morning, drink my superfood shake daily and I will spend today and tomorrow planning and prepping myself so I can get my times nutrition back to 100%

Day 20 of 80 “If your standing still, doing the same old thing and nothing has changed lately, you’re actually going BACKWARD. The world is consistently moving FORWARD, forever evolving and changing, and it’s not waiting for you to catch up.” For a long time I have felt stuck, unhappy depressed like I wasn’t doing anything I didn’t have anything to work towards, I was standing still. Can anyone say Groundhog Day?
Almost a year ago I decided to try something new. At home workouts and superfood shakes. I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
I started slow just cutting cream and sugar out of my coffee, drinking my shake everyday and trying different programs.

I’ve committed to a few different programs and I have seen amazing results.

I am currently in a 80 day program. You might say wow 80 days that’s crazy but honestly it’s not 80 days it’s the rest of my life. I am learning so much and I will continue the things I’ve learned after the 80 days.

This journey is not just about working out eating healthy and drinking a superfood shake everyday.
I have joined a community of people who support me,keep me motivated, hold me accountable and have the same goals and interests as I do.
I have also learned a lot about myself and I continue to work on myself.
I am feeling strong and amazing and only going up from here.

Who knew these little bands could give you such a good workout.

In the past I’ve tried many different workouts but I can honestly say that I love the variety and intensity I get out of the workouts I’m doing now.

Not only do I get to push myself day by day week by week but it’s from the comfort of my own home on my schedule for what works for me.

I woke up this morning not feeling 100%. I’ve been stressed lately and I think it’s catching up with me.
