HAPPY MONDAY LOVES. alright. So one week back on low carb! Last week I weighed in at 289.6. UGH MY DUDES IT WAS SO BAD. So. Back to keto i went - mostly. My meals have been 100% keto, but in the evening I have still been having some junk food. Hopefully as i continue I can slowly weed out the junk food entirely. BUT TODAY YALL I WEIGHED IN AT 285.6 Heck yessssssssss. So encouraging. Now this week I will try ro lessen the junk food even more, and get back into some exercise 😄 p.s. photo is from last night when I was being sassy and showing off my non existent muscles. It's cuter than me rn.
