This is the new school cardio! HIIT is amazing for burning the maximum amount of calories in a very short time. HIIT training is generally a short burst of intense exercise followed by a short break, repeated for 2-3 minutes. It's benefits include: burning massive amounts of calories, you can do it anywhere, it doesn't need any equipment, it can increase your metabolism and is great for your hearts health!
The best example of HIIT is choosing 5 exercises eg ; squats, push ups, lunges, step ups and mountain climbers.
After choosing your exercises complete 30 seconds of each exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest in between. #trainertips #sweatswag #hiit #cardio
