I think shoulder work is my least favourite, because it burns the mostest.
What I DID like about this workout was its simplicity...
2 shoulder exercises 10 reps each, followed by 30 seconds of HIIT for 3 sets.
3 rounds total.
Then a round of ab work at the end.
30 mins, done in my living room.
When my shoulders burned I focused on keeping my core tight, and not wobbling back and forth. Proper form is key.
Focusing my attention elsewhere was the ticket for me getting through that.
Working out is mind over matter.
Your body won't go where your mind doesn't push it.
SO PUSH IT REAL GOOD!
