It seems people only ever want to see the most drastic changes (ex. 100lbs fat loss, or 40lbs muscle gain, etc) for a post to be "worthy" of being called a transformation - to the point of even putting down people whose changes aren't deemed "dramatic enough" to share. First of all, wtf?! You drink haterade for breakfast fam, orrr? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚

Secondly, not everyone starts their fitness journey as severely over- or underweight. One of the things I find most encouraging about fitness is that it's for anyone. LITERALLY ANYONE. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ No matter what size or shape or height or weight or age you are, adopting an active lifestyle can have a positive impact for you! RIGHT PHOTO: I'm still intimidated sometimes, but gaining more confidence daily. Been in it for almost a full year now, and I'm STILL learning new info day by day, adjusting my routine as I go along. This morning I decided to use my Skulp @skulp_me muscle and fat scanner that I purchased from @bodybuildingcom.
It have been almost 2 months since i have done a muscle quality and body fat percentage scan.
I am down 21 lbs since just back on the health train. I still haven't counted a macro. I have a good general Idea of what my macro intake is. I have a goal weight that I want to hit before I hit the macro counting game hard. I have been making healthier choices and really pushing myself with my lifting and few sessions of hiit. I am just a few pounds away from getting down and dirty with some major progress. .
I have noticed major jumps in my muscle quality scan... body fat is lowering at a steady pace. I'm a happy girl :) Can't wait to continue to track this progress.

It feels so nice to get back into my groove of eating and exercising how I like.

I had a huge lunch today and I just felt like killing it in a workout, so I went downstairs and got on one of the machines in our basement.

Was too tired after day 5 of exercise thus I skipped a post but I did my workout! ๐Ÿ˜™Into day 6. What can I say. There were times during the workout where I felt like giving up cause it was so hard and tiring. But I still pushed through with modifications. Well hey everyone has different stamina levels. I'm only just beginning. My body is getting use to the sore and it's getting better each day. Can't wait to finish 21 days. Just did dirty 30 and boy the burn Is good. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
