Day 35/80 Total Body Core
😳 That's not a shadow, that's sweat. And it wasn't even cardio!! I'm enjoying my chocolate muscle repair after that one, no doubt about it.
That was rough and tough. No breaks, fast paced, down and dirty. At one point I felt like I wash just crawling around on the floor from one move to a other. 😂
I loved this message today - fitness isn't like a bank, you can't just put a little into it a few days and expect it to last. It's also like eating clean for a few days - we expect the scale to drop! It's a daily discipline that's really not so bad. It's a lifestyle that's letting me eat three bagels today 😬
At the end of the day, what's better? Feeling tired and disappointed on the couch, saying tomorrow. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. .
Or sweating and working your butt off for results and knowing you did everything you could to live your best life?
