Round 4 + 8/side 75lb landmine toss

Day 3๏ธโƒฃ5๏ธโƒฃ of 8๏ธโƒฃ0๏ธโƒฃ Holy friggin sweat ๐Ÿ’ฆ fest. I was drenched by the end of this total body core workout

This move in particular is killer. Almost died doing 15 reps on each side last week. Ok, Iโ€™m being dramatic but damn, itโ€™s hard.
Less reps this week means I upped my weight. Not sure what hurt more, my abs or shoulders. Either way, I feel great now & ready to take on the rest of the day

I have:
๐Ÿ”ธbooty pump like it's booty day ๐Ÿ”ธsoaked shirt like it's cardio day

But it wasn't EITHER!!! It was leg day!
My trainer rocked my world with that workout this morning!!! And I bumped up all my weights to 20's and 25's!!! Refeed Day does a body good!!! Extra carbs and extra calories! (Remember that we need fuel for our bodies to operate properly, ladies and gentleman!!! Reducing your calories isn't an effective way to get to your goals!)

Day 35/80 Total Body Core
๐Ÿ˜ณ That's not a shadow, that's sweat. And it wasn't even cardio!! I'm enjoying my chocolate muscle repair after that one, no doubt about it.

That was rough and tough. No breaks, fast paced, down and dirty. At one point I felt like I wash just crawling around on the floor from one move to a other. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I loved this message today - fitness isn't like a bank, you can't just put a little into it a few days and expect it to last. It's also like eating clean for a few days - we expect the scale to drop! It's a daily discipline that's really not so bad. It's a lifestyle that's letting me eat three bagels today ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
.
At the end of the day, what's better? Feeling tired and disappointed on the couch, saying tomorrow. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. .
Or sweating and working your butt off for results and knowing you did everything you could to live your best life?
