It's been a while since I put together an official online challenge group, and here's why....
I've been training for a marathon and have had to customize my cross training using the BOD yoga studio, PiYo, random lifting workouts because most programs are just soooo big!! Sure I've done many programs start to finish, but found it REALLY hard to get in all the scheduled workouts, and then felt discouraged when I'd fall behind.
Especially with summer, schedule changes, weekend adventures, hiking, teaching fitness classes, just to name a few.
I know, especially as I get older, it's so important to keep muscle mass, and I know I need something to supplement my running!! And if we could be real for a moment?? I couldn't really connect with some of the trainers in the last year, and it's kind of boring doing the same"go to" programs all the time.
Here's the best news ever... YOU CAN SAMPLE this workout FOR FREE :) All you need is an internet connection and a couple dumbbells or resistance bands
While we are patiently waiting for the workout release, lI invite you prep together in a private facebook community (which is where I will also be sharing ALL the information, deets, plus we will help each other REALISTICALLY stay on track this summer (whatever that may look like for you!! )
