seasons are errthang to me. which means my ig feed is going to have to get brighter with spring/summer & darker with fall/winter or i will be bothered for months at a time 😂 sorry bout it. so, here is a colorful pic.
but for real - i started working out & walking this week & my body hated me. its been 14+ months since ive been able to even think about being in shape. after bed rest & so many preggo complications with the twins, it feels like this is all brand new to me & my body hates me for it (for now!) enter- deep relief. basically my soul mate.
head tension, muscle tension, the tingly feeling in your forearms/wrist you might get during/after pregnancy (if ya catch my drift 😉) - magically works for all of that & more. will never, ever be without it.
