I know..it was still dark...but I have a point and a reason to share this! 😉
I was lingering..I wake up naturally (no alarm) and sometimes decide to not jump out of bed (note the word DECIDE - I’m always ready to spring up and get to work).
On these occasions I start thinking and analyzing things and it occurred to me, how sad that many don’t wake up refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to go.
Many people struggle to get up.
Many people are exhausted after a night’s sleep.
Many people don’t sleep well or at all.
Many people go years feeling sluggish and having a hard time day after day 😔
I’ve gone through very rough times in life so I want you to know I understand it. Whatever it is you’re going through, chances are I’ve been there! Here’s a hug 🤗
NOW...what to do to sleep well and rejuvenate and improve this situation?! (Besides detox 😉 of course)😊
☀️ get exposed to sunshine daily (especially in the morning hours)
🕶 avoid wearing sunglasses
🕰 get to bed earlier
🌏 sleep grounded (Earthed)
🌌 sleep in darkness
📱turn off your phone for the night
⏰ wake up naturally (no alarm)
