Some more exercises to keep those shoulders healthy and strong. You can do these in a plank position or with your arms up against a wall. Resistance shouldn't be too much to where you can't have perfect form through the movements.
Lateral power with proper glute engagement. This is @jenna_v_clark third set so she's a lil worn. But really good exercise to develop drive through big drawn out turns. Been awesome to work with Jenna mainly focusing on full body stability, core strength, glute strength, and synchrony through full body exercises. You'll see her out killin it in NSSA and WSA contests this year👍🏼
