Crazy to think that I have been training for about 12 years now. I first stepped in the gym on my 14th birthday (minimum age at my little community centre gym). I probably did EVERYTHING wrong. My training was all over the place and mostly consisted of stuff I saw other people doing (who knew little more than me). My knowledge of fundamental nutritional principles was non-existent. Also I thought protein powder was like 99% steroids and I would explode after taking 1 scoop. To make sure that you guys don't make the same mistakes I did, I just launched a video on my channel covering 13 common mistakes people make when they first start lifting. This is without a doubt one of my best videos to date with SO MUCH INFORMATION jam-packed into one video with some Vitruvian-style stupid jokes and memes sprinkled on top.
You'll love it and learn a thing or two in the process,
I guarantee it 👌🏼
