My final support session today with a little girl I've been supporting around a bereavement. The ending took me by surprise even though I'd prepared for it. I'd underestimated the impact on myself. We made matching butterflies to remember our time together. 🦋
Day 5 - I had a successful day at work today that showed the value of community care when managing mental health, people can flourish, people society underestimates. @mindcharity website provide a lot more info surrounding community care, the likelihood is it’s not what you think. I also just wanted to say that for me, everyone has mental health, this is an important things to remember, we all have the right to stay well.
Plastic update - still getting rid of all the food I had that uses wasteful plastic packaging - my plastic waste is still drying in its moulds.
