As a health coach, I help my clients break their unwanted eating habit’s through what I call the removal and replacement process.
These allow my clients to break their unwanted eating habits, and begin the see the results they want.
They build confidence in themselves, their food choices, lose weight, and do a few dance parties along the way.

I walk them through my processes so they won’t continue to relapse, drop wisdom nuggets on how to mindfully break their eating habits, teach them how to eat a balanced plant based diet, and as a bonus they learn how to implement exercise into their daily lives.
