“Technique is not being able to juggle a ball 1000 times. Anyone can do that by practicing. Then you can work in the circus. Technique is passing the ball with one touch, with the right speed at the right foot of your team mate.” The Barca boys had a great session Friday working on Rondos in right spaces prior to their workout. See how many boys were checking their shoulders constantly, playing to the far leg,(backfoot) making small adjustments to their positions, and keeping their hips open to all the options. We are also working on creating the TRAMPA(trap) to break the defensive lines!

#fbf to when I got to make a dance film by illegally dancing in the painted desert! This was an incredible experience that most definitely pushed me to my dancing limits. And I loved every moment of it!! Okay... maybe not the sunburnt scalp I dealt with for 3 days after... 😂___________________________________________________ It's incredible how much dancers have to modify their movement patterns and bodies to fit the choreography on various "stages". This particular piece required lots of different pushing and pulling through various partnering moments for 8 hours in the hot sun whilst dancing on tiny elevated surfaces. It was so great!! Luckily my choreographic specific workouts paid off and I managed to perform with the grace and ease needed.
