45sec Reverse (supine) plank hold with alternating leg lifts
Rest as needed between rounds

NOTE- Hold each leg lift for a 5 count. Go to hands if your shoulder mobility won’t allow you to be on your elbows. You can also modify by holding the plank with no leg lifts, but try to get some in. Make sure you are raising those hips the entire time you are in plank!
