I am a patron for WALMART STORES. I shop DAILY at Fairfield,Ca store. I know most associates and mgmt. it truly is like a neighborhood store.However on 12/1/17(my sons bday) I go into the store I go to self checkout and while there I was speaking w/LP MGR(while ringing up) only to be humiliated when the LP MGR left the self chk Rep disabled my register accusing my of talking”too long” to mgr so it timed out(lie it stated REMOTE ATTENDANT)I moved to another register n the rep. Came over taking my items out of my bags Stating I told you I will ring you. I objected I said I’m not stealing why are you singling me out?Charinda(rep) stated do not put the items in the bag til after you pay “THATS STORE POLICY”. I was the only black customer in line and no one else was being watched.The rep refusing to help other customers bc she watched at my register as I rang.Other associates asked her to leave me alone she refused. Finally, I called for a mgr only to find out while I was speaking to LP mgr(in beginning) Charinda called mgr and said come over the lady is stealing. Never have I been so humiliated and racially profiled. I understand Wal-Mart lp plan however accusing “blacks” bc that’s your belief we all steal is very sad. After calling the 800 it’s been over a week still no mgr call back. I’m outraged!
