Here is tonight’s 3 main movements: slow and controlled neutral stance, low foot placement presses (FEEL THAT SHIT), vertical leg presses, and hack squats (heels together toes out, on tippy toes to work outter quad). Then leg ext(squeeze and hold at top), single leg ham curl (squeeze the ham like a bicep), lying ham curl (constant tension), and barbell RDL’s were supersetted with these movements.
