DB Standing Calf Raises - 1 set - 50 reps
Cable Crunches - 1 set - 30 reps
Hanging Knee Raises - 1 set - 30 reps
Bike - 5 min steady, 5 min fast
Squats - 1 set -Β  20 reps
Lunges - 1 set - 15 reps
DB Standing Calf Raises - 1 set - 50 reps
Cable Crunches - 1 set - 30 reps
Hanging Knee Raises - 1 set - 30 reps
