One of My biggest struggles when I started out as a virtual health and fitness coach was understanding that I don’t need to be perfect! .
I am a perfectionist so I never wanted to do anything unless I was doing it Perfectly — but there is nothing perfect about cheat meals, or missing my workout, or not having 6-pack abs .... And That’s Okay!!

We all face struggles every day, but your struggles don’t determine your person • It is so much easier to relate to others when you’re not too focused on seeming perfect to others. .
I definitely have cheat meals (especially with this holiday season coming🥂), I miss workouts, and I definitely don’t have 6-pack abs • But this is real, this is what makes my job worth it — knowing that one life could change because I’m NOT Perfect 🌸
