I've been setting intention every morning for last two days. Something small. Like instead of dreading about the issue arose at work the night before, I imagine that it will be taken care of with ease. I imagine what it would feel like. Then, it does get taken care of. With ease. Perhaps it was going to be done anyway, but this mindset affects my day, energy, attitude, focus, productivity, and even how people around me are throughout the day. Pretty awesome.
