Anyone else over indulge yesterday?! No? Just me?! Hey... it happens. Too many chips and salsa and queso on top or everything else I ate... and drank!
Woke up this morning to my "rest day". Decided nahhh... I needed to increase ny heart rate a bit. Did a couple of core workouts and added some foam rolling after because that stretch and self care is still super important!
Don't be hard on yourself if you "mess up"! You can start over again and again. That's the beauty of it all. It is never too late to hit the refresh button! I do it, too!
My workouts are done, did a little meal prep for the week ahead, and making sure I get my water in today! Now I'm ready for the busy but FUN day ahead!
