Repost @pramilach During my travel I love going to flea markets and old city areas.
One such 'Sunday Market ' have explored in Kashmir as well. You find everything possible under the sky in such markets also you get to see culture and people so closely.
There also lot of 'Secondhand garments' come from all over the world. Ranging from 30 INR to 200 INR you will find best quality garments. One good thing is these markets provide garments to needy people on such affordable rates.
Other hand problem occurs when they are not able sell all and these again endup into landfill.
Question is within our country don't we have surplus in our own wordrobe? ? . . . . .
Do we really need it from other countries?? . . . They dump their textile waste to us in form of charity, we end up coming up more problems to find out how to consume or use this form of waste.

This Sunday is our final market of the year and not coincidentally, just in time for Christmas 🎄🎄 Kicking off at 9am, you can expect to see all manner of plants and produce, vintage treasures, local art and crafts, collage cards, our delish range of chutneys and sauces (our tip: the beetroot relish) and more. Pictured is gorgeous handcrafted upcycled jewellery from local artist @kes_harper fresh from her triumphant curation of @sculptureinthevineyards
As always Rosa's kitchen will be offering our tasty brekky menu and our Allpress coffee machine will be running hot. And if you hang arpund, Bloody Sunday kicks off at the crack of noon and features the soulful country sounds of @deannaroseox
How many people these days know that “stamp duty” actually refers to a physical stamp that was placed on documents, indicating the actually amount of taxes (duties) paid? It is amazing what yo can discover at Camberwell Sunday Market. Open next on December 31, 2017 and every Sunday through to December 2018. #Retro#Antique#Collectibles#Vintage#SundayMarket
