We on that Deload week, son! Getting ready for that next block of training so we’re taking a Deload this week. Here we got the top sets for high bar squats- no belt, and close grip bench which both went smoother than I had originally thought. Sets of 8 felt like cardio, soooooo that means I gotta step my cardio 🐰 game a bit more up! Haha. Shout out to @beastmodetony777 for the hype and video bomb.
