This is my face as I contemplate these 45 double-unders on my 45th birthday 🎉🎈🎂 The sweat was pouring as I finished the 12 exercises 45 times each. Back story - for the last 4 years I've done this "FIERCE 41" workout with the number of reps growing each year according to my age. I asked my #sweatoceaday crew and now you to complete this fun workout in the fastest time possible. It's been a hoot to share this with you and most importantly to share the journey of life with you too.
