4 - 5 times per week Iโ€™m training now. Working on my core is what Iโ€™m focusing the most, especially after I had my son ( 10 month post )

Easy beltless 4x5 at 180kg weight is still being stubborn at 93kg but looking leaner goal by the next 5 weeks 91kg lean and hard. While getting stronger no good looking strong if you can't lift no heavy ass weight. Cardio time for now ๐Ÿ‘Š#summerstrong

Took it easy to readjust, so it looks very breezy here. Will accumulate intensity accordingly.

3x3 at 115kg felt like a good 90-100kg. Gonna work my way up to a higher bench for reps since Iโ€™m on a caloric deficit.

Have you heard the term "skinny fat"? I hate it because it's like two derogatory terms put together. I don't want to be skinny, I want to be strong and toned. But with only cardio these last 5 weeks, I've gained about 3 inches in my waist (and it ain't muscle). ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Also, I'm old. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผ And women over 40 should lift weights to help with bone density and stuff (google it; I'm not the right kind of doctor). โ€ข
