I usually do a 3 day seasonal juice detox to reset the body for the new season. This year I haven't done one! So it was time..
With so many celebrations lately & being way too lenient on my inflammatory foods (diary, gluten, refined sugar, caffeine & alcohol), my immune system is struggling, digestion hating on me & energy verging on zero!
So it's time to reduce my bodies toxic load & give my digestive system a rest for a few days + lots of physical rest!!! ✨
Had the luxury of a 2.5hr nap this afternoon 😊
