I've been absolutely loving the summer weather that we have been having in Auckland (periodically). Our orchard is all set to give us some gorgeous summer fruit with these little plums getting bigger by the day! With the warm weather, I've been having a lot of fruit salads. For his one, I have made sure to include a protein source; some coyo sneakily watered down and mixed with protein powder, and some sliced hazelnuts. On top, I have some trusty chia seeds, providing me with my daily omega 3 dose. Went down a treat!
