People! 👉 If you are like me and find it very hard to raise your body using just your arms, then you can try this easy-to-do push-ups version that I show in this video. Little by little we are going to adapt our muscles to the standard version of the exercise, and we'll be able to go lower and do it properly very soon ;) This exercise works pectoral muscles, triceps, and deltoids. First, bend your knees, and that way you are lifting less weight. I did 4 series of 10. You can do that as well, and then in a few days try doing 4 series of 12, then 4 x 15, and every time lower, until you are able to touch the floor with your chest.
